National Art and National Tribal-Art Camp Inaugurated at DPS

A 7-day National Art and National Tribal-Art Camp was inaugurated at DPS, Srinagar on 15th of October, 2012. The event was inaugurated by the Chairperson, Mr. Vijay Dhar. The participants included four Tribal artists from Baster and Gund who displayed their creativity through their work. Others were students from MFA hailing from Karnataka, Faizabad, Ferozepur, Bhopal, Kolkata, Ladakh, Kanpur, Patna and Nagpur. Depictions of folk-art and Indian tribes was the main feature of this camp cum exhibition. The participants who have contributed to this mega event are:
